Los Angeles Market Growing for AAA Parking

The Line Hotel LALos Angeles, California — AAA Parking announced today the company has landed a contract with The Line Hotel in Los Angeles.  The Line is AAA Parking’s newest addition to its client portfolio since opening a regional office here this summer.

Nestled into the heart of LA’s Koreatown, The Line is a landmark in this trendy neighborhood, having bared several names over the years, including the Wilshire Hotel, among others.  But, it seems like The Line is set to make its own history here with contemporary flair and modern style not seen among any of the national hotel chains.

The Line is a hotel collaboration by the Sydell Group with Roy Choi, The Houston Brothers, Sean Knibb, and Poketo. The mid-century building was designed by Daniel Mann Johnson + Mendenhall in 1964, the same architects behind the iconic American Cement Building down Wilshire Blvd. The building has been restored and fully renovated with re-imagined public spaces and guest rooms designed by Sean Knibb. The Line sits alongside Koreatown’s famous pre-1940 brick colonial revival buildings, in a neighborhood that’s working and playing 24 hours a day thanks to Southern California’s highest concentration of restaurants, bars, and round-the-clock businesses.

“We are thrilled to bring a bit of Southern hospitality to Koreatown,” commented Mason Mehrjerdian, AAA Parking’s Executive Vice President, on the company’s Georgia roots.  The company currently operates over 200 properties around the country, including over 60 hotels, with a majority located in the Southeastern US.  AAA Parking opened a regional office in Los Angeles this summer to best serve the region.  “I believe our operations at The Line will offer some new opportunities for AAA Parking in the local area and all over Southern California,” said Mehrjerdian.

AAA Parking is a premier parking service provider located in 17 metropolitan markets across the country, from Miami to Los Angeles.  In addition to 60+ hotels, the company also operates numerous office towers, stadiums, hospitals, convention centers, public parking garages and surface lots, and event facilities, as well as hundreds of private events annually.
