Our employees, their professionalism and commitment to service are the foundation of our corporate success. Each time we add a member to our staff, we do so with confidence knowing they share our values and work ethic. Here's a snapshot of what it takes to join our team in Atlanta.

  1. All prospective employees (executive, management and on-site personnel) are interviewed at our corporate headquarters by our human resources director. We're looking for candidates who radiate hospitality and understand humility.
  2. Each candidate must pass a drug test and a criminal background check. Additionally, an MVR (motor vehicle report) is run for each prospect and the candidate must have minimal or NO traffic violations.
  3. Next, he/she is led to the parking deck of the corporate office for a driving test. Every candidate must be able to operate a manual shift car.
  4. Once these tests are passed, the candidate is then selected by one of our property managers and trained on-site.

Because this process is extensive we have been successful at both growing our employee family and our customer base steadily for the last 17 years. We shepherd our employees throughout their service at AAA Parking and often times valet attendants end up in management positions, further enabling the cycle of growth and development.
