Our History

A Legacy of Long-term Relationships and Industry-leading Service

In 1956, George E. Williams saw the need for a parking services company that emphasized relationship-building and quality service. That idea led to the creation of AAA Parking, and quickly pushed the fledgling company to the forefront of the industry.

Sixty years later, we maintain a strong reputation for providing valuable and disciplined parking management services. A reputation built on long-term relationships with property owners and managers providing not only parking management, but true hospitality as well.

Our partners have come to rely on us to provide superior returns by delivering excellent service every time. We do that by evaluating operations from the ground up, then identifying and implementing practices and technologies proven to enhance profitability by reducing costs and improving customer satisfaction.

AAA Parking was acquired by one of Atlanta’s most established and respected real estate holding companies, Selig Enterprises, in 1981. Selig’s mission of ensuring continuity to their partners by creating well-conceived, quality long-term projects is a perfect fit for us and, because of that, our success continues to soar.

As a family-operated business, President Kris Bowen continues to instill the same values George Williams did in 1956. Despite the company’s exponential growth, AAA Parking maintains its core values, emphasizing a commitment to superior customer experiences, employee development, and relational business practices.

It’s been 63 years since Mr. Williams opened the doors to AAA Parking, and we’re still building upon his legacy of profitable, long-lasting relationships with partners in healthcare, hospitality, universities, events, municipalities, and retail.

We believe he would be very proud.
