AAA Parking: Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Access and Belonging (DEIAB) Commitment

At AAA Parking, our work is about getting people where they need to go. That starts with the people who work here and extends to every customer, client, and community we serve. We are committed to building a company where everyone is respected, has a fair opportunity to succeed, and feels they belong.

Diversity. We welcome people of all backgrounds, identities, abilities, and experiences. We recruit broadly, including from communities that have historically had fewer pathways into our industry, and we value the different perspectives our team members bring to solving problems.

Equity. We work to ensure that hiring, pay, training, and advancement are fair and based on merit and potential. We review our practices regularly and correct them where they fall short.|

Inclusion. We foster a workplace where people are heard, supported, and treated with dignity. We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, or retaliation, and we provide clear, safe ways for employees to raise concerns.

Access. Accessibility is central to what we do. We are committed to providing parking facilities and services that are usable by people of all abilities, including accessible spaces, clear signage and wayfinding, and compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and applicable state and local requirements.

We also provide reasonable accommodations for employees and strive to make our payment options and communications accessible to all customers.
Belonging. Beyond policy, we want every team member to feel valued and connected, whether they work in the field, in an office, or at a client site.

We encourage open dialogue, recognize contributions, and support growth at every level.

How we hold ourselves accountable. We will:

  • Review our hiring, promotion, and pay practices [annually] and share progress with our team
Provide annual training in inclusion, respectful workplaces, and accessibility
  • Gather employee and customer feedback and act on it
  • Partner with local organizations, workforce programs, and community groups to expand opportunity
  • Designate Ardie Harroison, AAA ‘s CHRO to oversee this commitment

DEIAB is not a one-time statement, but an ongoing responsibility shared by every member of the AAA Parking team, starting with our leadership.
