AAA Parking’s Hospitality Sector Growth Continues

Atlanta, Georgia – AAA Parking continued to expand its hotel & resort portfolio in the first quarter of 2019 with the addition of nine new operations. It’s one of the largest quarterly expansions in the company’s 60+ year history.

On the west coast, two new full-service hotel parking operations commenced in Los Angeles, the Mr. C Hotel in Beverly Hills and the Sheraton LAX, as well as operations on world renowned Rodeo Drive at the Polo Building. Meanwhile in La Jolla, about an hour south of LA, AAA Parking commenced operations at the spectacular Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines.

The eastern side of the country also saw expansion. AAA Parking began new operations at the Hyatt Centric Hotel in Arlington, Virginia and the Crowne Plaza Westshore in Tampa, Florida. And, in Atlanta, the company added two new parking facilities near Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

In addition to new operations in existing markets, AAA Parking made its way into the Lone Star State and a brand-new market, with full-service valet and self-parking operations at the InterContinental Medical Center in Houston, Texas.

Adding to a positive Q1 for the company was the return of operations at Hilton Marco Island, which was under repair after sustaining significant damage from Hurricane Irma in 2018.

AAA Parking also stepped onto the international stage in Q1 2019. The company performed a major consulting project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, which will consist of multi-tenant office space, a hotel and event facilities totaling over 15,000 parking spaces. Director of Operations, Corey Rosenfeld and Area Manager, Noah Yirga traveled to Saudi Arabia and are leading the project.

“What a great first quarter. I’m proud of what we’ve accomplished so far this year and I’m excited about the many opportunities we are working on,” said AAA Parking President, Kris Bowen, who was appointed the position in January when long-term President, Ron Williams, retired.

AAA Parking is a premier parking service provider located in 27 metropolitan markets across the country, from Miami to New York to Los Angeles.  In addition to 60+ hotels, the company also operates numerous office buildings, stadiums, hospitals, convention centers, public parking garages and surface lots, and event facilities, as well as hundreds of private events annually.
